Karen, Tom's daughter, has sent an update on him.
Gramps had a "swallow test" and he is now on semi-soft food. The docs were pleased with the aspiration of the mass on his neck and will not have to do a biopsy after all.
They are now saying they want him to stay in the hospital for a few more days. Somehow I don't think that went over well with Gramps!!
I'll be going out on Thursday or Friday, depending on flights.
